Jonathan has over 25 years of experience in the communication and call center industries. As CEO of Telecom, Inc., his strategic vision and experience has helped build Telecom into a leading Omni-Channel contact center. Jonathan graduated from Western Michigan University with Degrees in Finance and Economics.
Bill has over 30 years of business ownership experience, including 12 years with Telecom, Inc. Bill is responsible for driving Telecom’s growth and profitability. His background includes upper level sales management, with a focus on business development, strategy, operations and corporate finance.
Greg brings a wealth of diverse experience to Telecom, Inc., with a focus on enterprise level database design, administration, development and software programming. He is responsible for designing, developing and managing Telecom’s technology decisions and architecture. Before joining our team, Greg spent eight years managing the IT division of a large manufacturer of retail ATMs and self-service terminals.
Prior to joining Telecom, Inc. in 2004, Roffel spent several years in the customer support industry. Her responsibilities include the supervision of Telecom’s contact center team and the day-to-day management of all of our client accounts. Her areas of expertise include training, hiring and client relationship management.
