Telecom, Inc., Zendesk, and ArenaCX Offer New Labor Solutions for SMB Enterprises

Telecom, Inc. is pleased to announce its expanded partnership with ArenaCX, who chose the contact center as a preferred provider for its new strategic partnership with Zendesk. 

ArenaCX, broker of contact center services and the world’s only outsourcing management platform, announced last week the release of their new “Get Labor” app, designed jointly with  Zendesk, an award-winning customer service software used by over 200,000 companies. Zendesk’s SMB (small to medium-sized businesses) clients had difficulty finding high-quality labor and accessing quality BPOs. The “Get Labor” app allows these customers to now easily access BPOs in their marketplace that has already been approved by ArenaCX.

Telecom, Inc. secured a coveted spot on the ArenaCX preferred contact center provider list, after undergoing an extensive vetting process with the company. The domestic-based contact center will support Zendesk clients and their customers by providing a wide array of services, including order processing, customer service, and technical help desk support through various contact channels.

In a recent press release by ArenaCX, Zendesk’s Head of American BPO Partnerships Jason Dichter praised the app and ArenaCX’s process.
