Roffel spent several years in the customer support industry before joining Telecom in 2004. As COO, Roffel oversees our customer service and sales teams and manages operations of client accounts. A strong leader, her expertise lies in clearly understanding our client’s expectations and goals and team building to ensure they are exceeded. Roffel’s perfect day would include taking a walk with her daughter and their two dogs, and a road trip with good company, music, and food stops (bonus points if bread pudding or carrot cake is on the menu).
