As CEO, Jonathan’s strategic vision and deep understanding of industry technology and best practices have helped build Telecom into a leading omnichannel contact center. Jon moved to the Bay Area from Michigan to begin his career shortly after graduating from college, and he now has over 30 years of call center industry experience. Jon is a happy dad of two daughters and if he had more hours in the day, would spend them playing guitar, riding motorcycles, and tinkering in his workshop.
