Jonathan has over 18 years of experience in the communication and call center industries. As President of Telecom, Inc., his strategic vision and experience has helped build Telecom into a leading multi-channel contact center. Jonathan graduated from Western Michigan University with Degrees in Finance and Economics.

Bill has over 20 years of business ownership experience, including 4 years with Telecom, Inc. Bill is responsible for driving Telecom's growth and profitability. His background includes upper level sales management, with a focus on business development, strategy, operations and corporate finance.

Greg brings a wealth of diverse experience to Telecom, Inc., with a focus on enterprise level database design, administration, development and software programming. He is responsible for managing Telecom's technology decisions and architecture. Before joining our team, Greg spent eight years managing the IT division of a large manufacturer of retail ATMs and self-service terminals.

Hywel, a graduate of the University of Wales, is responsible for guiding prospective clients through Telecom's range of call center offerings and for developing and implementing marketing strategies for new clients. He brings to Telecom over 20 years of diverse leadership experience in sales, marketing and business development.

Prior to joining Telecom, Inc. in 2004, Roffel spent several years in the customer support industry. Her responsibilities include the supervision of Telecom's inbound team and the day-to-day management of and project productivity for all of our inbound accounts. Her areas of expertise include training, hiring and client relationship management.

Thomas is responsible for supporting the day-to-day design, development, administration and documentation of Telecom’s IT infrastructure. He brings with him over a decade of experience supporting various software, hardware and telephony solutions. His previous experience in systems administration make him an excellent complement to our IT team.

Linda has over eleven years of experience in customer care and sales support. Her strong sense of team leadership and impeccable attention to meeting and exceeding client needs, make her an invaluable member of our project management team.
