Jonathan G. Martin, CEO, President and Owner
Jonathan has over 16 years of experience in the communication and call center industries. As President of Telecom, Inc., his strategic vision and experience has helped build Telecom into a leading multi-channel contact center. Jonathan graduated from Western Michigan University with Degrees in Finance and Economics.
William M. Smith, Executive Vice President and Owner
Bill has over 20 years of business ownership experience, including 4 years with Telecom, Inc. Bill is responsible for driving Telecom's growth and profitability. His background includes upper level sales management, with a focus on business development, strategy, operations and corporate finance.
Greg Haggerty, Chief Technology Officer
Greg brings a wealth of diverse experience to Telecom, Inc., with a focus on enterprise level database design, administration, development and software programming. He is responsible for managing Telecom's technology decisions and architecture. Before joining our team, Greg spent eight years managing the IT division of a large manufacturer of retail ATMs and self-service terminals.
Lani Stackel, Director of Marketing and Business Development
With a bachelor's degree in public relations, Lani brings to Telecom, Inc. several years of marketing, account management and project management experience with an expertise in the retail, wholesale and publishing industries. Lani is responsible for new business development, client account management, Telecom, Inc. brand awareness and marketing strategies.
Gregg Darson, Senior Project Manager
Gregg has been part of the Telecom, Inc. team since 2000. His responsibilities include top-tier project management, designing and overseeing training procedures, and supervision of Telecom, Inc.’s project management team. Gregg’s unique managerial style combines innovative training techniques with technical know-how -- a result of his extensive background in the electronics industry.
Roffel S. Ferraz, Senior Project Manager
Prior to joining Telecom, Inc. in 2004, Roffel spent several years in the customer support industry. Her responsibilities include the supervision of Telecom's inbound team and the day-to-day management of and project productivity for all of our inbound accounts. Her areas of expertise include training, hiring and client relationship management.
Michael Tarkington, Director of Training and Quality Assurance
Michael has several years of customer care and training experience in the retail, ecommerce and finance industries. Having worked as a Customer Service Representative and then Project Manager for Telecom, Michael possesses in-depth knowledge of client projects and the fundamentals of both our inbound and outbound departments - a unique expertise that is the basis for our exemplary training and quality assurance programs.
Nathaniel Meyer, Systems Administrator
Nathaniel is responsible for supporting the day-to-day design, development, administration and documentation of Telecom’s IT infrastructure. He brings with him many years of experience supporting both the hardware and software aspects of products throughout their entire development lifecycles. His background in software and quality assurance engineering make him an excellent compliment to our IT team.
Linda Dalton, Project Manager
Linda, the newest member of our management team, has over ten years of experience in customer care and sales support. Her strong sense of team leadership and impeccable attention to meeting and exceeding client needs, make her an invaluable member of our project management team.
